CODE OF CONDUCT

Safety at work

Mitza cares about each of its workers, so no matter in what position or place you are, our commitment is to take care of your integrity and that you can feel safe in our facilities.

We work to achieve the following objectives:
  • Provide all the necessary security equipment for the fulfillment of your work.
  • Maintain a pleasant environment and collaborator-leader communication taking into account your opinions.
  • We raise awareness together regarding the importance of health and safety in our work.
  • That is why it is important that you exterminate your leaders if you do not have your full protective equipment or it is in poor condition to carry out your work.
  • If you do not feel ready to do an activity that you feel involves a risk for you.
  • If you observe any conduct or behavior of your colleagues that could put their health or physical integrity at risk.
  • If you detect that any equipment, vehicle, machinery is damaged.
  • Any work accident.
It's forbidden:
  • The misuse or non-use of personal protective equipment issued
  • Refusing to participate in occupational safety or environmental courses or programs.
  • Endangering the safety and integrity of other co-workers or subordinates.
Safety is everyone's job and responsibility.
